目的：探讨恶性肿瘤特异性生长因子(TSGF)在健康体检中的作用。方法利用化学显色法测定了220例健康人、260例恶性肿瘤患者血清中的TSGF含量结果恶性肿瘤患者血清中的TSGF含量及阳性检出率明显高于健康体检者。结论 TSGF检测具有较高敏感性、相对特异性，在健康体检中有助于早期恶性肿瘤筛查。“,”OBJECTIVE To investigate the value of serum tumor specific growth factor in health examination .MEHTODS 220 healthy people and 260 malignant tumor patients were detected serum tumor specific growth factor by chemical colouration methods..RESULTS The level of serum tumor specific growth factor in malignant tumor patients were significantly higher than those in health people.CONCLUSIONS Tumor specific growth factor has hypersensitivity and relative specificity,and conduce to screening of nonage malignant tumor .
