目的:探明牙齿动度自动诊断系统测量值与牙周膜生物力学性能的关系,为其临床应用提供实验依据。方法:选择透明环氧树脂有牙颌模型为实验模型,其实验牙(1)的牙周膜用硅橡胶模拟。用牙齿动度自动诊断系统和Periotest分别测定牙周膜生物力学性能(硬度、粘度)改变时的牙齿动度。结果:模拟牙周膜的Asker硬度和粘度增加,反映牙齿动度的粘性参数值c1、c2、k随之升高,但Periotest值则随之降低;粘弹性参数值与牙周膜Asker硬度和粘度呈显著正相关、与Periotest值呈显著负相关。结论:①牙周膜组织变软将使粘弹性参数值c1、c2、k降低。②粘弹性参数值降低标志着牙齿松动度增加。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the relationship between the measured value of dental automatic diagnostic system and the biomechanical properties of periodontal ligament, and to provide an experimental basis for its clinical application. Methods: The model of dentin and jaw was chosen as the experimental model. The periodontal ligament of experimental dentin (1) was simulated with silicone rubber. Tooth motion was measured with a dental automatic diagnostic system and with Periotest to determine changes in the biomechanical properties (hardness, viscosity) of the periodontal ligament. RESULTS: The Asker hardness and viscosity of simulated periodontal ligament increased, while the viscous parameters c1, c2, k of dental motility increased with the increase of Periotest value. The values of viscoelasticity and Asker hardness of periodontal ligament Viscosity was significantly positive correlation, and Periotest value was significantly negatively correlated. Conclusion: ① The periodontal tissue will soften the viscoelastic parameters c1, c2, k decreased. ② The decrease of viscoelastic parameter indicates the increase of tooth mobility.
