本文叙述了采用电子束进行金属表面合金化、表面涂覆、表面熔化-凝固处理等工艺的研究。试验表明,45钢和W18Cr4V钢只要采用适当合金粉末及处理工艺,都可获得预期的合金化层。用Co-Cr-W粉,在2Cr13钢汽轮机末级叶片表面进行涂覆试验,可得到精细组织的涂覆层,对提高其抗水蚀性能是一种有前途的工艺。W18Cr4V钢进行快速熔化-凝固处理,可以在很大范围内细化组织,达到提高耐磨性的目的。通过后续处理工艺试验表明,可以改善表层及心部组织与性能。
This article describes the use of electron beam metal surface alloying, surface coating, surface melting - solidification process and other research. Experiments show that 45 steels and W18Cr4V steels can get the desired alloying layer with the proper alloy powder and treatment process. Co-Cr-W powder, 2Cr13 steel turbine last stage blade surface coating test can be fine tissue coating, to improve its water resistance is a promising process. W18Cr4V steel for rapid melting - coagulation treatment, can be refined in a very large range of organizations, to achieve the purpose of improving the wear resistance. Through follow-up treatment process tests show that can improve the surface and heart organization and performance.
