目的探讨颅内外血管超声检测即经颅多普勒超声(TCD)与颈动脉超声(CDFI)联合检查在缺血性脑血管疾病诊断中的应用。方法回顾性总结分析117例缺血性脑血管疾病患者的经颅多普勒超声(TCD)与颈动脉超声(CDFI)检查资料。结果本组中有50余例患者出现颅外血管狭窄,高达32%。其中,重度狭窄6例(17%),闭塞4例(11%)。同时90余例患者的颅外血管发现斑块,共300多处,9例可疑颈内动脉闭塞的患者,经TCD进一步检测,一侧为颈内动脉重度狭窄(狭窄率99%),8例为颈内动脉闭塞。结论颅内外血管超声检测TCD与CDFI与联合应用,能够较准确地测量颈内动脉及颅内侧支循环情况,可以发现血管病变如狭窄、闭塞等,并确定程度及部位。对提高缺血性脑血管疾病诊断有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the application of intracranial extravascular ultrasound (TCD) and carotid artery ultrasonography (CDFI) in the diagnosis of ischemic cerebrovascular diseases. Methods The data of transcranial Doppler ultrasound (TCD) and carotid artery ultrasonography (CDFI) in 117 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease were retrospectively analyzed. Results In this group, more than 50 patients had extracranial vascular stenosis, up to 32%. Among them, severe stenosis in 6 cases (17%), occlusion in 4 cases (11%). At the same time more than 90 patients with extracranial vascular plaque, a total of more than 300, 9 cases of suspected internal carotid artery occlusion in patients with further detection by TCD, one side of severe carotid artery stenosis (stenosis rate 99%), 8 cases Internal carotid artery occlusion. Conclusion Intracranial and extravascular ultrasonography combined with TCD and CDFI can accurately measure the internal carotid artery and intracranial collateral circulation, vascular lesions can be found, such as stenosis, occlusion, and to determine the extent and location. To improve the diagnosis of ischemic cerebrovascular disease is of great significance.
