时域展宽是脉冲激光在水下传输时的重要特性,直接影响蓝绿激光对潜通信和水下激光成像等水下光电应用的性能。推导了选通深度曲线的特征参数与脉冲激光回波波形参数和增强型电荷耦合器件(ICCD)选通波形参数的关系,从而提出了基于选通深度曲线的脉冲激光水下传输时域展宽测量方法。利用所搭建的高重频脉冲激光水下成像系统,在大型室内船池中进行实验测量。结果表明,所提方法能够有效完成脉冲激光在水下传输时的时域展宽测量,尤其适用于远距离传输的情况。
Time-domain broadening is an important feature of pulsed lasers in underwater transmission and directly affects the performance of blue-green lasers in underwater optoelectronic applications such as sub-communications and underwater laser imaging. The relationship between the characteristic parameters of the gated depth profile and the parameters of the pulse laser echo waveform and the enhanced charge coupled device (ICCD) gating waveform is deduced, and then the time domain broadening measurement of the pulsed laser underwater transmission based on the gated depth profile method. The built-in high-frequency pulsed laser underwater imaging system was used to conduct experimental measurements in a large indoor tank. The results show that the proposed method can effectively finish the time domain broadening measurement of pulsed laser when it is underwater, especially for long distance transmission.
