分层教学就是在班级教学中,从好中差各类学生的实际出发,进行不同层次的教学,给予不同层次的辅导,组织不同层次的检测,使学生在各自的“最近发展区”得到充分发展,圆满地完成学习任务。在新的时代背景和教学趋势下,积极推进教学改革,是新课改的必然要求。“分层教学”就是适应这一趋势的新的教学方法。本文就如何在数学教学中实施分层教学进行了分析。
