目的 分析 84耳外耳道畸形的高分辨率CT(HRCT)表现 ,探讨颞骨鼓部发育畸形与外耳道畸形的关系。资料与方法 临床诊断 84耳外、中耳畸形患者均行HRCT检查 ,重点观察骨性外耳道鼓部发育的形态。结果 鼓部完全未发育、骨性外耳道未形成 4 3耳 (4 3/ 84 ) ;鼓部重度发育不良、鼓部为不规则形态、未形成骨性外耳道 2 7耳(2 7/ 84 ) ;鼓部中度发育不良、鼓部形成不典型的“U”结构、外耳道形态不良 14耳 (14 / 84 )。结论 骨性外耳道发育不良与颞骨鼓部发育不全有重要关系
Objective To analyze the high resolution CT (HRCT) appearance of 84 cases of external ear canal deformity and to explore the relationship between the developmental deformities of the temporal bone and external auditory canal deformity. Materials and Methods Clinical diagnosis 84 Extracorporeal and middle ear malformation patients underwent HRCT examination, with emphasis on the development of bony external auditory canal Drum morphology. Results The drums were not developed at all, and 43 ears (43/84) were not formed in the bony external auditory meatus. The drums developed severe dysplasia and the drums were irregular in shape. 27 (84%) had no external auditory canal. Drum Ministry of moderate dysplasia, the Ministry of drum formation of atypical “U” structure, the ear canal morphology of 14 ears (14/84). Conclusion The dysplasia of the bony external auditory canal is closely related to the hypoplasia of the temporal bone
