在信息革命浪潮的冲击下,以美国为代表的西方先进的医学教育通过设立国家专项奖学金和培养高级专家型人才的顶层设计,经过80年代的学科整合和90年代的全面发展,诞生为一门新兴的二级学科——输血医学。自改革开放以来,我国统一了血液安全的国家政策,建立与国际接轨的血液质量管理体系已经,并正在启动临床用血的管理工作,取得的成绩令人瞩目。但是,我国的输血医学发展的整体水平十分不平衡,存在诸多制约因素有待解决。
