通过对比实验的方法,对高重复率TEA CO_2激光去除飞机表面漆层时,对飞机蒙皮材料的屈服强度、抗拉强度、杨氏模量等力学特性的参数之影响进行了初步研究。实验发现,经过激光除漆处理后的样品之力学参数没有明显变化,激光除漆对基材的力学性能没有影响。
The influence of the TEA CO_2 laser with high repetition rate on the surface finish of aircraft was studied through the comparative experiment. The effects of TEA CO_2 laser on the mechanical properties of aircraft skin, such as yield strength, tensile strength and Young’s modulus, were studied. The experimental results show that there is no obvious change in the mechanical parameters of the samples after the laser paint removal. The laser paint removal has no effect on the mechanical properties of the substrate.
