新中国成立六十周年来,首都北京发生了翻天覆地的变化,各届委员见证并参与了这一发展过程——新中国成立六十年,首都发展日新月异,取得了举世瞩目的成就。伴随着经济社会的发展,社会主义民主法治建设也取得了巨大成绩。1949年3月,北京市人民法院成立;1955年形成了北京市高、中级和基层人民法院格 The sixtieth anniversary of the founding of New China, the capital city of Beijing has undergone tremendous changes. All the members witnessed and participated in this process of development. Since the founding of New China six decades, the capital has witnessed rapid development and achieved remarkable successes. Along with the economic and social development, great achievements have also been made in the building of a socialist democracy and the rule of law. In March 1949, the Beijing Municipal People’s Court was established; in 1955, Beijing’s High, Intermediate and Grassroots People’s Courts were formed
