黑河市肾综合征出血热自然疫源地性质调查研究

1998年8月在我国肾综合征出血热老疫区黑龙江省的黑河市所辖的爱辉区(罕达气、锦河农场)、逊克县(干岔子乡)、嫩江县(山河农场)和孙吴县(北孙吴村)的林区和田野进行疫源地性质调查。通过现场调查和血清学检测,查明了汉坦病毒宿主动物结果的优势种为黑线姬鼠,占夹捕动物种类构成的5102%(426/835);捕获动物总密度高达1857%(835/4496),其中黑线姬鼠密度948%(426/4496);捕获动物的汉坦病毒总感染率为538%(51/948),其中小兽感染率为502%(45/897),鸟类感染率为1176%(6/51),抗汉坦病毒抗体阳性鸟类有5种:即东北云雀、北日雀、眉白长爪脊鸟令鸟、柳莺和野驹;黑线姬鼠感染率为854%(41/480),占感染动物总数的8039%(41/51)。结论:黑河市境域,半个多世纪以来,流行性出血热自然疫源地的性质,基本上没有改变,依然是姬鼠肾综合征出血热自然疫源地。 August 1998 in China’s Hemorrhagic Fever with Renal Syndrome Heihe Province, Heihe City Heihe City, under the jurisdiction of the Aihui District (Qaidam, Jinhe Farm), Xunke County (dry Chazi Township), Nenjiang County (Mountain Farm) And Sun Wuxian (North Sun Wu Village) of the forest and fields for the nature of epidemic investigation. Through the field investigation and serological test, the dominant species of Hantaan host animal were identified as Apodemus agrarius, accounting for 5102% (426/835) of the species of captured animals; the total density of captured animals was as high as 18 57% (835/4496). The density of Apodemus agrarius was 948% (426/4496). The total infection rate of Hantavirus was 538% (51/948) 502% (45/897). The infection rate of birds was 1176% (6/51). There were 5 kinds of anti-Hantavirus antibody positive birds: northeast lark, Bird birds, warbler and wild foal. The infection rate of Apodemus agrarius was 854% (41/480), accounting for 8039% (41/51) of the total number of infected animals. Conclusion: The nature of the natural foci of epidemic hemorrhagic fever in Heihe Prefecture has not changed for more than half a century. It is still the natural foci of hemorrhagic fever with Apodemus agrarius.
