近年来伤寒病在国内大部分地区已基本受到控制。但我县一年四季仍有散在病例发生,临床表现也有变异。现将我院1982—1983年住院病例中资料较完整的38例进行临床分析,旨在讨论晚近我县伤寒病表现的特点及早期诊断方法。
Typhoid fever has been basically controlled in most parts of China in recent years. However, there are still scattered cases in our county all year round and the clinical manifestations also vary. Now in our hospital 1982-1983 inpatient data more complete clinical analysis of 38 cases, to discuss the characteristics and early diagnosis of typhoid fever in our county recently.
