先天性双肾盂 Y形输尿管畸形是泌尿生殖系较常见的畸形之一。当输尿管分叉处成钝角时 ,常导致下肾盂尿流不畅而并发结石。我们于 1 969～1 997年共收治此类患者 8例 ,现报告如下 ,并就其治疗予以讨论。1　资料与方法1 .1 　 临床资料本组 8例 ,男 5例 ,女 3例 ,年龄 1 9～ 41岁 Congenital double renal pelvis Y-shaped ureteral deformity is one of the more common genitourinary deformities.
