本文旨在评价超选择性脑血管内灌注三尖杉酯碱与氨甲喋呤化疗恶性脑瘤的疗效。按条件选择了恶性脑瘤10例,采用Seldinser氏股动脉插管,超选择性的将Magic导管置入病侧颈内动脉的眼动脉分支以上,经导管用20%甘露醇开放血脑屏障后将三尖杉酯碱0.1~0.45mg/kg及氨甲喋呤0.1~0.2ing/kg各溶于100ml生理盐水中,在120分钟内恒速灌注,每例化疗1~5次,全组共进行30次化疗。结果表明,化疗后肿瘤体积缩小率平均为46.18%,总有效率为70%,疗效较好,毒副作用小。
