输气管道设计和建设中必然面临穿越小型河流、溪沟和渠道等特殊的情况,所以合理的穿越方法对实现管道功能、保证管道安全、优化工程投资及降低管道维护成本具有重要意义,本文针对某天然气管道在跨越小型条河流的跨越方法进行了研究,通过对管道、河流、地质等多种因素分析,人为采用梁式直跨和多种补偿方式组合的方法具有良好的经济性、安全优势和工程效应。本文同时对管道跨距、采取的加强措施等方面进行了探讨,为管道跨越设计和施工提供一定的参考。
The design and construction of gas pipelines are bound to face the special situation of crossing small rivers, creek ditches and channels. Therefore, a reasonable crossing method is of great significance for realizing pipe functions, ensuring pipeline safety, optimizing project investment and reducing pipeline maintenance costs. In this paper, A natural gas pipeline across the minitype river crossing method was studied through the pipeline, rivers, geology and other factors analysis, artificially using a combination of beam straight and a variety of compensation methods have good economy, safety advantages and engineering effect. At the same time, this paper discusses the aspects of pipeline span, measures for reinforcement and so on, which will provide some references for pipeline spanning design and construction.
