文章分析了某电厂600MW机组燃煤锅炉的低氮燃烧技术改造,改造采用双尺度低氮燃烧技术,使其同时兼备稳燃、低NOx、防结焦及防高温腐蚀等多重功能,NOx的削减率达到66%以上,飞灰可燃物没有明显升高,结合运行方式的调整解决了长期运行过程中高负荷大量结焦的问题,取得了积极效果,对类似工程有借鉴意义。
This paper analyzes the technical transformation of the low-NOx combustion of a 600 MW unit coal-fired boiler in a power plant. The transformation uses dual-scale low-NOx combustion technology to simultaneously achieve multiple functions of stable combustion, low NOx, anti-coking and high temperature corrosion resistance, At the same time, the fly ash combustibles have not obviously increased. The adjustment of operation mode has solved the problem of large amount of coking under high load during long-term operation, and has achieved positive results, which can be used for reference to similar projects.
