一年以前我队接受了在极其复杂的第四紀冲积层的灤河的旧河床上进行鑽探的任务,該地区的流砂礫石层最淺者为118公尺,深者达142公尺;礫石平均佔40%左右,其最大直徑为35公分,平均为7公分左右,其余全为流砂,有时涌水,有时漏水。初期由于缺乏經驗曾打了56公尺的廢孔,給国家造成了損失。但我們接受了教訓,又进一步采用了无水泵乾鑽、混合性鑽头和煤碱剂泥漿等先进經驗,不断地提高技术,因而在所鑽进的鑽孔中逐步安全而又順利地达到了目的。尤其是最后一个孔,19天就穿过了118公尺。为了交流經驗,共同提高鑽进技术,現將这一經驗加以总結介紹。
A year ago my team accepted the task of drilling on the old river bed of the Luan River, an extremely complex Quaternary alluvium where the weir of gravelly sand is 118 meters and the depth is 142 meters. In particular, the last hole crossed 118 meters in 19 days. In order to exchange experiences and jointly improve drilling technology, this experience is now summarized.
