成人高校法律基础课程学生成绩考核因为学生人数众多,水平参差不齐,考核理念出偏而问题颇多。文章总结国内高校法律院系学生成绩考核的经验,参考了美日欧等国高校学生成绩考核的具体做法,借鉴了民国时期高招录取的一些著名特例,得出学生成绩考核形式应该多样化,考核理念杜绝功利化,不应忽略考核结果背后的综合评价。
Adult college legal foundation course student performance assessment Because of the large number of students, the level of uneven assessment of the concept of deviation and a lot of problems. The paper summarizes the experience of student performance assessment in law departments of colleges and universities in our country, makes reference to the practice of college students’ performance evaluation in the United States, Japan and Europe, draws on some famous special cases enrolled in the Republic of China during the period of Republic of China, and concludes that the form of student performance assessment should be diversified. Idea to put an end to utilitarianism, should not ignore the comprehensive evaluation of the evaluation results.
