传统的教师评价方法是一种奖惩性的评价,是面向过去的教师评价制度,难以激发教师工作的主动性和创造性。发展性教师评价是一种面向教师未来的激励性的评价。评价的是过去,着眼的是未来的发展。评价的目的是为了促进教师的专业发展,强调教师在评价中的主体地位和自我反思,重视教师的个体差异,强调评价主体多元化、多渠道地为教师提供反馈信息。
The traditional teacher evaluation method is a kind of reward and punishment evaluation. It is a teacher evaluation system facing the past, and it is difficult to stimulate the initiative and creativity of the teacher’s work. Developmental teacher evaluation is an incentive-oriented evaluation for the future of teachers. The evaluation is in the past, and the focus is on future development. The purpose of evaluation is to promote the professional development of teachers, emphasize the teacher’s main position in self-evaluation and self-reflection, attach importance to individual differences among teachers, emphasize the diversity of evaluation subjects, and provide feedback information for teachers in multiple channels.
