为探索麦后植棉的轻简化栽培新途径,在湖北省3个重点植棉地区进行麦后直播棉花全程机械化试验,研究了麦后机采棉生长发育及产量、经济效益。结果表明:麦后直播“中915”可缩短生育期,增加果枝始节着生节位和高度,获得了较高子棉产量。与人工采摘相比,机械采摘的产量损失率在9.1%~11.1%,棉纤维长度和马克隆值受影响较小、杂质含量增幅较大。因小麦和棉花的收获产量增加、用工成本降低,麦后机采棉经济效益优于传统麦套棉。因此,筛选适宜机采的棉花品种,通过优化配套栽培技术,降低机械采收损失率、杂质含量,是实现粮棉双高产的根本保证。
In order to explore a new way of light and simplified cultivation of post-wheat cotton plantation, whole cotton mechanization test was conducted in the three key cotton-planting areas in Hubei Province to investigate the growth, yield and economic benefits of cotton picking. The results showed that the direct sowing date “Zhong 915” could shorten the growth period, increase the birth date and height of fruiting branch, and obtain higher yield of sub-cotton. Compared with artificial picking, the yield loss rate of mechanical picking was 9.1% ~ 11.1%, the length of cotton fiber and micronaire value were less affected, and the content of impurities increased greatly. Due to the increase of harvest yield of wheat and cotton, the labor cost is reduced, and the economic benefit of cotton pick-up after pick-up of wheat is better than that of traditional pick-up cotton. Therefore, it is the fundamental guarantee to realize the double-high yield of grain and cotton by screening suitable cotton varieties for mechanical harvesting. By optimizing the matching cultivation techniques and reducing the mechanical recovery loss rate and impurity content,
