目的:观察手术疗法和药物保守疗法治疗胃溃疡的疗效。方法:选取2006年1月～2012年1月我院收治的100例胃溃疡患者,分为手术组与保守组,每组50例。保守组行内科药物治疗,手术组行手术治疗。观察两组症状改善状况及并发症、一年后复发率。结果:两组症状皆有缓解,手术组总有效率94%>保守组68%(P<0.05);手术组并发症4%,一年复发率6%,分别<保守组16%和22%(P<0.05)。结论:胃溃疡行手术疗效较保守治疗彻底,复发率与并发症低。
Objective: To observe the effect of surgical treatment and drug conservative treatment of gastric ulcer. Methods: One hundred patients with gastric ulcer admitted from January 2006 to January 2012 in our hospital were divided into operation group and conservative group, 50 cases in each group. Conservative group of internal medicine treatment, surgery group surgery. The symptom improvement and complications of the two groups were observed, and the recurrence rate after one year. Results: The symptoms of both groups were relieved. The total effective rate was 94% in the operation group and 68% in the conservative group (P <0.05). The complications in the operation group were 4% and the one year recurrence rate was 6% (P <0.05). Conclusion: The curative effect of gastric ulcer is more conservative than that of conservative treatment. The recurrence rate and complications are low.
