血栓性血小板减少性紫癜(TTP)是临床少见的血栓性微血管病,其病因尚未完全阐明,且起病急骤,进展迅速,症状多种多样、轻重不一,病死率较高。近年来的研究表明,早认识、早诊断、早应用血浆置换等治疗后,该病的病死率由80%~90%可降至25%左右。本院对11例TTP患者运用血浆置换治疗,疗效满意,现报告如下。 Thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura (TTP) is a clinically rare thrombotic microangiopathy, the etiology has not been fully elucidated, and the rapid onset, rapid progress, a variety of symptoms, varying in severity, higher mortality.
