随着网络经济与信息技术的发展,高等美术院校图书馆的服务空间也随之日益扩大。为充分满足美术类读者专业化、个性化、多样化的需求,图书馆迫切需要改变以往机械低效的服务理念,强化人本服务。文章就高等美术院校图书馆引入“以人为本”服务理念的一些问题进行探讨。
With the development of network economy and information technology, the service space of higher art college libraries is also expanding. In order to fully meet the specialized, personalized and diversified needs of art readers, the library urgently needs to change the service concept of inefficient machinery in the past and to strengthen people-oriented services. This article discusses some problems of higher art college library introducing “people-oriented ” service concept.
