传统的地下管道施工是“挖槽埋管法”。穿越道路或河流时,若采用钢开施工使道路的质量变差,寿命变短,污染环境;若采用钢顶施工则成本较高,而且地下管道被挖断的事故时有发生,造成不应有的经济损失。以大庆油田采油八厂第二油矿宋II-41#配水间—2#配水间管道敷设为例,该工程施工过程中使用了非开挖管道定向穿越技术,取得了一定的效果。将非开挖管道定向穿越技术与传统开挖技术进行对比,非开挖法施工会在一定程度上缩短施工工期,降低环境影响,提高工作效率。
