随着国民经济快速发展和人民生活水平日益提高,中国汽车保有量正持续增长。汽车保险业也日益深入到交通安全领域,在交通安全体系中发挥着越来越重要的作用。众所周知,保险是为社会的全面进步而起到“稳定器”和“助推器”的双重作用的。但目前,各家保险公司一般只注重出险后客户的理赔服务,通过查勘时效、理赔速度等指标来衡量服务质量,而国内第一家专业汽车保险公司——天平汽车保险股份有限公司(以下简称“天平保险”)却提出了“由汽车保险提供商向汽车安全服务提供商转变”的理念,就此,记者采访了天平保险总裁谢跃。
