1978年以来,我科采用间接喉镜下摘除声带息肉110例,现分析报道如下:临床资料性别与年龄:女79例,男31例。50岁以上10例,25～50岁29例,25岁以下8例。最小者16岁,最大者65岁。病程:最长20年,最短1月。1年以内15例,1～5年78例,5年以上13例,10年以上4例。职业:纺织工人43例,机械工人31例,教师16例,学生2例,干部5例,其他13例。息肉部位:息肉可发生在喉的任何部位,多位于声带游离缘前1/3交界处。个别病例靠近前联合,单例91例,双例19例。临床症状及体征:主要症状为声音嘶
Since 1978, our department used indirect laryngoscopy to remove vocal cord polyps 110 cases, the analysis is reported as follows: Clinical data of gender and age: 79 females, 31 males. 10 cases over the age of 50, 25 to 50 years in 29 cases, 8 cases under the age of 25. The youngest is 16 and the youngest is 65. Duration: up to 20 years, the shortest January. 15 in 1 year, 78 in 1 to 5 years, 13 in more than 5 years and 4 in 10 years. Occupation: Textile workers in 43 cases, mechanical workers in 31 cases, teachers in 16 cases, 2 cases of students, cadres in 5 cases, the other 13 cases. Polyps site: Polyps can occur in any part of the larynx, mostly in the vocal cord free edge of the former 1/3 junction. Some cases close to the former joint, a single case of 91 cases, 19 cases of double cases. Clinical symptoms and signs: The main symptom is voice hoarseness
