综述了强有机碱DBU 的结构、性质、合成以及在消除、异构、缩合、酯化、环加成等多种反应中的应用。作为碱性试剂,其特点是反应条件温和,反应物转化率高,产物选择性专一。
The structure, properties, synthesis of strong organic bases DBU and their applications in various reactions such as elimination, isomerization, condensation, esterification and cycloaddition were reviewed. As an alkaline reagent, which is characterized by mild reaction conditions, high conversion of reactants, selective products.
