“低价复印图书”现象凸显了著作权合理使用制度在信息传播技术高度发达的今天所面临的新挑战。本文在论述合理使用制度的涵义、历史及其合理边界的判断条件的基础上,分析了我国著作权法第22条第1款第6项规定,并基于现实问题、借鉴国外的经验提出建设性的意见。 The phenomenon of “copy books at a low price” highlights the new challenges faced by the fair use of copyrights in today's highly developed information and communication technologies. On the basis of discussing the connotation of fair use system, history and the judging conditions of its reasonable boundary, this article analyzes the provisions of Article 22, paragraph 1, item 6 of the Copyright Law of our country, and based on the actual problems, constructs the constructive opinion.
