本文对上海港务局环眼吊钩进行了分析.首先按三维问题进行了弹性计算,在此基础上进行安定分析.分析过程中找到了线性化的方法,最后把问题归结为一个线性规划问题.通过编制专用程序,求得安定载荷的下限值.从计算结果可以看出,如果用这种方法进行设计,至少可以对现有吊钩的承载能力提高20%以上.而且这种方法对某些其他机械结构的设计也将有着某些参考意义.
This paper analyzes the ring eye hook of Shanghai Port Administration Bureau. Firstly, the elasticity calculation is performed according to the three-dimensional problem. Based on this, the stability analysis is performed. The linearization method is found in the analysis process. Finally, the problem is reduced to a linear programming problem. By formulating a special program, the lower limit value of the stability load is obtained. From the calculation results, it can be seen that if the design is carried out by this method, the bearing capacity of the existing hook can be increased by at least 20%. Moreover, this method is applied to The design of some other mechanical structures will also have some reference significance.
