省政协对省水利厅的提案办理工作在去年下半年组织了评议,我们参加了评议活动的全过程。无论是听取通报、参与座谈还是现场察看,无论是查阅办理档案还是梳理问卷调查反馈意见,我们都由衷地感受到,省水利厅的提案办理工作领导重视、定位正确、操作规范、注重成效,较好地发挥了政协提案的应有作用。指导思想明晰近3年来,省水利厅共办理省政协提案76件,其中独办或主办43件,分办11件,会办22件。所有提案都在规定时限内办复,提案单位和委员反
