XG200型X光机计时器,是上海无线电八厂生产的JSB-23限时动作半导体时间继电器,专供X光机曝光摄片计时之用。其优点是时间准,体积小,计时范围宽(0.04～6.2秒),误差小,不受位置限止。为了便利检修人员了解其性能和如何排除故障,现介绍如下,供参考。计时器是用两套RC延时电路与门驱动执行继电器,组成限时动作继电器。其中主控回路整定时间共有23档,由另一辅控回路对主控回路实行分级保护。当主控回路失灵,对执行继电器失去控制时,辅控回路在延长
XG200 type X-ray machine timer is a JSB-23 limited-time action semiconductor time relay produced by Shanghai Radio Eight Factory, which is specially used for X-ray exposure camera timing. The advantage is that time is accurate, the volume is small, the timing range is wide (0.04~6.2 seconds), the error is small, and it is not limited by the position. In order to facilitate maintenance personnel to understand their performance and how to troubleshoot, the following is introduced for reference. The timer uses two sets of RC delay circuit and gate drive to execute the relay and form a time-limited action relay. The master control loop set-up time totals 23 files, and the secondary control loop implements hierarchical protection for the master control loop. When the main control loop malfunctions and the control relay loses control, the auxiliary control loop is extended.
