“体、用”是太极拳练习中不可缺少的两个方面,也是太极拳完整性的一个体现,当今太极拳教学推广中出现的某些问题,与这两方面的偏废有关,即当今偏重“体”的练习,缺少“用”的实践和体验。建议今后的教学、推广中应注意“体、用”兼备。
“Body, use” is an indispensable two aspects of Taijiquan practice, but also an embodiment of the integrity of Taijiquan. Some problems that arise in the promotion of Taijiquan teaching today are related to the partial abandonment of these two aspects, that is, the emphasis on “ Body ”practice, the lack of“ use ”practice and experience. Suggestions in the future teaching, promotion should pay attention to “body, with” both.
