郑州市中原区把发展农村个体、私营经济作为工作的着力点和乡镇企业的增长点来抓,积极引导、监督和管理,促进了农村个体、私营经济发展。到目前,全区农村个体、私营企业已发展到3836户,占乡镇企业总数的89%;从业人员2.4万余人,占乡镇企业从业人数的60%;营业收入达到16.1亿元,占乡镇企业营业收入的61%;利税1.03亿元,占乡镇企业利税总额的59%。一、加强领导,指导发展。加强领导,健全组织是推动农村个体、私营经济发展的重要保证。结合我区实际,区委、区政府研究出台了《关于加快发展个体、私营等非公有制经济的决定》,明确提出“各乡(镇)党委、政府要把发展农村个体、私营经济摆在重要位置,
