在建立热油管道停输与再启动过程数学模型的基础上,采用数值方法和混合语言编程技术,成功地开发了热油管道停输与再启动过程模拟计算软件SARP,解决了热油管道停输与再启动过程预测的技术难题。软件用户界面友好,使用方便,数据输入简便,可用于热油管道正常运行工况、停输过程及再启动过程输油参数和土壤温度场的模拟计算。通过与多次现场试验数据的对比,证明SARP软件计算结果可靠,可用于指导输油生产。
Based on the mathematic model of the shutdown and restart process of hot oil pipeline, numerical simulation and mixed language programming techniques were successfully used to develop the simulation software SARP for stopping and restarting the thermal oil pipeline and solving the problem of hot oil pipeline stop Technical Difficulties Predicted in Transportation and Reboot Process. The user interface of the software is friendly, easy to use and data input is simple. It can be used to simulate the normal operating conditions of hot oil pipeline, the parameters of oil transportation during stopping and restarting process and the soil temperature field. Comparing with the data from several field experiments, it is proved that the SARP software has reliable calculation results and can be used to guide oil production.
