基于需求和采购价格均为时变的EOQ模型,考虑物品的变质率呈更符合现实情况的三参数Weibull分布,同时考虑短缺量拖后和资金时值对易变质物品库存管理的影响,构建了相应的EOQ模型.应用数学软件Matlab对该库存模型进行仿真计算和主要影响参数的灵敏度分析.结果表明,该模型存在最优解,且各主要影响参数对最优库存控制各有不同程度的影响,资金时值对库存总成本净现值的影响程度要甚于短缺量拖后的影响,故在制定科学的库存策略时资金时值需要更加关注.
Based on the EOQ model with both time-varying demand and purchase price, considering the three-parameter Weibull distribution, the deterioration rate of goods is more realistic. Considering the effect of the shortage and the capital value on the inventory management of perishable goods, The corresponding EOQ model is applied to the simulation calculation of the inventory model and the sensitivity analysis of the main influential parameters by Matlab software.The results show that there is an optimal solution for the model and each of the main influence parameters have different degrees of impact on the optimal inventory control , The impact of the capital value on the net present value of the total inventory cost is more serious than the impact of the shortage. Therefore, the time value of the capital needs to pay more attention to the formulation of a scientific inventory strategy.
