近些年,由于中小企业的规模不大,信誉也偏低等问题在面对筹集资金时遇到了诸多的困难。在我国中小企业很少能建立良好的信誉,发展不足和经济环境的限制很大程度上增加了中小企业的筹资困难。因此寻找解决办法和新形式的筹资方式显得刻不容缓。我们先从企业自身的问题入手再进一步扩大到国家政府,最后提出解决该问题的策略。 In recent years, due to the small size of SMEs, low credibility and other issues in the face of fund-raising encountered many difficulties.
