目的:分析不同牙位牙种植体长度在曲面断层片上的测量误差,为临床选择适当的植体长度和准确阅片提供参考。方法:测量70颗不同牙位上植入的牙种植体在曲面断层面片上水平向和垂直向的长度,并和植体实际值进行比较,分析产生误差的规律和影响因素。结果:不同牙位上的植体误差存在明显差异,可能和植入角度、曲面断层X线机放大率在不同牙位上存在差异有关。结论:依据曲面断层片判断和选择植体长度,应考虑牙位差异引起的测量误差。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the measurement errors of different dental implant lengths on curved tomographic slices, and to provide a reference for choosing proper implant length and accurate reading in clinic. Methods: The horizontal and vertical lengths of dental implants implanted on 70 different tooth positions were measured and compared with the actual values of the implants. The rules of the errors and the influencing factors were analyzed. Results: There were significant differences in implant error between different teeth, which may be related to the angle of implantation and the magnification of X-ray machine on different planes. Conclusion: According to the curved surface slice to judge and select the implant length, the measurement error caused by the difference of the tooth position should be considered.
