个人文档:张建平,现任四川省教育科学研究所高中课程改革与高考改革研究室语文教研员,中学高级教师。出生于1957年8月,四川师范大学中文系本科毕业,先后就读于四川省中学优秀班主任进修班、四川师范大学中文·课程论研究生课程进修班、华东师范大学中文系名师高级研修班。从事中学语文教学及研究26年,曾任四川省西昌市二中语文教师、政教处主任,后任西昌市一中语文教师、西昌市教研室语文教研员、西昌市教育学会副秘书长。1996年调成都市石室中学任高中语文教师,后任语文教研组组长、成都市语文骨干教师培训班班主任兼任课教师、成都市教育系统中级职称评委兼语文学科组组长、成都市学科带头人。获成都市“优秀教师”称号,担任中国教育学会科研课题“高中阶段研究性学习实施的研究”的主要研究工作,长期进行“心理置换,再现过程”的动态阅读教学研究。在《中学语文教学参考》《中学语文教学》《语文教学通讯》《语文建设》《招生考试报》等专业报刊发表文章11篇,编写教辅读物近300万字。担任四川电视台“张老师教你学语文”主讲老师。用理想温暖心灵,用执著实现理想,这是他恪守的人生信条。
