心理学认为,人的任何认知活动都是在情感的驱动影响下进行的。情感是构成人的活动动机之一。而情感的表现具有两极性,即:肯定与否定、积极与消极。肯定积极的情感对发挥机体的潜能,提高学习和劳动效率起着积极推动作用;而否定消极的情感则抑制人的潜能发挥,降低工作学习效率。因此,在体育教学中,教师应重视学生的情感变化,积极引导,使学生的情感不断得到丰富和发展,从而使学生情绪高涨地上好体育课。
Psychology that any cognitive activity of people are driven by the emotional impact. Emotion is one of the motivations that make up one’s activity. Emotional performance has two polarities: positive and negative, positive and negative. Positive emotions positively play a positive role in exerting the potential of the body and enhancing the learning and labor efficiency; negative negative emotions inhibit the potential of people and reduce the efficiency of work and study. Therefore, in physical education, teachers should pay attention to the emotional changes of students, and actively guide students to continue to be enriched and the development of emotions, so that students feel good on physical education.
