胸锁乳突肌皮瓣是一种复合皮瓣。主要利用胸锁乳突肌及其附着的皮肤来修复软组织缺损。作者自1979年以来,用胸锁乳突肌肌皮瓣、肌蒂皮岛瓣和肌瓣三种类型一次修复颌面部缺损11例。现报道于后。
Sternocleidomastoid flap is a composite flap. The main use of sternocleidomastoid muscle and attached to the skin to repair soft tissue defects. Since 1979, the authors repair 11 cases of maxillofacial defects with three types of sternocleidomastoid myocutaneous flap, muscular flap island flap and muscle flap. Now reported later.
