农村乡土人才是指具有一定专业技 能,在农村经济社会发展中起示范带动 作用的农民。具体包括,种植、养殖能手 农产品营销经纪人、民间艺人、能工巧匠 等农村实用技术人才。农村乡土人才,对 于解决“三农”问题,起到人才支持和智 力保证作用。人事部门要放开视野,把农 村乡土人才工作纳入重要工作日程,从 制度和机制上,为农村乡土人才健康成 长,充分发挥作用,提供良好服务。
Rural native talent refers to farmers who have certain professional skills and serve as demonstration driving force in rural economic and social development. Including, planting, breeding expert agricultural marketing agents, folk artists, skilled craftsmen and other rural practical technical personnel. Rural native talent, for solving the “three rural” issue, played a talent support and intellectual security role.
