随着“四化”建设的进展,计算机之应用日趋广泛。据统计,用于计算机房空调之能量约占整个计算机房能耗的一半。干冷计算机专用空调机组主要特点是节能。常规空调机组,先将空气冷却到露点(湿冷),将水份析出,然后再加热,冷热抵消浪费能量。干冷空调机组,只将空气冷却到要求温度,不需冷却到露点,不析湿不加热不存在冷热抵消,与常规机组比,约节省40%能量。
