红细胞免疫系统概念的正式确立已近 2 0年。红细胞具有清除体内免疫复合物 ,识别与贮存抗原 ,促进淋巴因子—激活杀伤细胞 (LAK)和自然杀伤细胞 (NK)的杀伤功能 ,还有调节补体活性 ,防御感染及杀伤肿瘤细胞等作用。自90年代开始 ,国内学者对角膜炎 ,白内障 ,青光眼 ,葡萄膜炎 ,糖尿病性视网膜病变 ,视网膜色素变性等眼病的红细胞C3b受体花环率 ,红细胞免疫复合物花环率等进行了研究 ,并对疾病的发生机制和治疗产生了新的认识。就红细胞的免疫功能及一些眼部疾病的红细胞免疫功能改变作一简要综述。
The formal establishment of the concept of red blood cell immune system has been nearly 20 years.
