1989年,我馆在开展正常的图书管理与外借、参考咨询、报刊阅览、文献检索等日常业务工作的同时,开始了为党政机关领导决策服务这项工作。采用二次文献加工的方法,编制《城市信息选摘》小报,每月两期无偿发放给区委、区政府五大领导班子和区直各机关领导,供他们决策参考。九年来,小报在探索中不断提高质量,对本区经济、体改、教育、科技、文化的发展提供了指导信息,特别是对党政机关领导决策起到了智囊和参谋的作用。历年都收到大量的信息反馈,高度赞扬我馆的信息选摘办得好。我是1995年正式接任此项工作的,三年来,边学习、边工作,在实践
