目的:建立益肝防石颗粒中马钱苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法对马钱苷进行了含量测定;色谱柱为Diamonsil-C_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-水(10:90);流速为1.0 ml·min~(-1);检测波长为240 nm。结果:HPLC法定量分离效果好,马钱苷进样量在22.5~720.0μg·ml~(-1)范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 8),平均回收率为97.35%,RSD为1.24%(n=6)。结论:该方法简单、准确、重复性良好,可用于益肝防石颗粒中马钱苷的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of loganin in Yigangan granule. Methods: The content of loganin was determined by HPLC. Diamonsil-C 18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used as the chromatographic column. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water (10:90) 1.0 ml · min ~ (-1); detection wavelength was 240 nm. Results: The HPLC method showed a good quantitative separation effect. The loganin injection was linear in the range of 22.5-720.0 μg · ml -1 (r = 0.999 8) with an average recovery of 97.35%. The RSD was 1.24% (n = 6). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be used to determine the content of loganin in Yigangan Granules.
