我们彬县中学是一所市县两级重点中学,全县惟一一所以升学预备教育为主的高中,迄今已有60年的办学历史。建校60年来,学校为培育人才,推动社会文明进步做出了显著的成绩,也形成了比较完善的管理制度和管理模式。但是,随着教育改革的不断深入,特别是社会主义市场经济制度的确立,人的思想观念有了很大的改变,原有的管理模式越来越暴露出弊端,如人浮于事、同工不同酬、干多干少一个样、干好干坏一个样等,严重地挫伤了广大教职工教书育人的积极性,影响着学校工作向更高层次的发展。因此,管理机制的改革在彬县中学势在必行。 一、我们的主要做法是:用好政策、结合校情、稳
Binxian Middle School is a key secondary school at the city and county level. The only high school in the prefecture that is based on preparatory education is the high school. It has 60 years of history. In the past 60 years since its founding, the school has made remarkable achievements in cultivating talents and promoting the progress of social civilization, and has also formed a relatively complete management system and management model. However, with the continuous deepening of education reform, especially the establishment of the socialist market economic system, people’s ideological concepts have changed a lot. The original management model has exposed more and more drawbacks, such as people’s overboarding and unequal pay for equal work. Therefore, the reform of the management mechanism is imperative in Binxian Middle School. First, our main approach is: use good policy, combine school conditions, stability
