在环境样品介质中土壤样品是一个十分复杂的体系,在测定其中铀的含量时干扰因素较多。激光荧光法采用时间分辨荧光技术排除了土壤样品中含量较高的有机物对铀测量的干扰,且灵敏度高、检测限低、仪器小巧、操作简单,已经应用于实验室环境样品中微量铀的测量。采用激光荧光法分析环境样品中铀含量必须将样品制成液体再进行测量分析。对于土壤样品,将其消解为液体是重要步骤之一。消解的完全程度直接影响方法的回收率,进而影响分析
Soil samples are a very complex system in environmental sample media and interfere with determination of uranium content. The laser fluorescence method using time-resolved fluorescence exclusion of soil samples containing high levels of organic interference on the uranium measurement, and high sensitivity, low detection limit, compact instrument, simple operation, has been used in laboratory environmental samples of trace uranium measurement . The use of laser fluorescence analysis of environmental samples of uranium must be made into liquid samples for further analysis. For soil samples, digesting them into liquids is one of the important steps. The complete degree of digestion directly affects the recovery rate of the method, thus affecting the analysis
