目的:观察穴位按摩护理对0～3岁腹泻婴幼儿脾胃运化的影响.方法:选择2016年7月至2018年1月于基层乡镇卫生院和社区卫生服务中心进行儿童保健的腹泻婴幼儿107例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=53)和观察组(n=54),对照组患儿给予常规保健措施和指导,观察组在对照组基础上对患儿家长进行穴位按摩指导,比较两组效果,不同时间点症状总积分,腹泻改善时间(大便次数恢复正常时间、大便性状恢复正常时间),腹泻复发率和患儿家长满意度.结果:观察组显效率81.48％显著高于对照组的64.15％(P＜0.05).观察组护理第5d和第7d症状总积分低于对照组(P＜0.05).观察组患儿大便次数恢复正常时间、大便性状恢复正常时间均显著短于对照组(P＜0.05).观察组患儿腹泻复发率3.70％低于对照组的16.98％(P＜0.05),家长满意率83.33％高于对照组的66.04％(P＜0.05).结论:穴位按摩护理可有效调节0～3岁腹泻婴幼儿脾胃运化,改善腹泻症状.“,”Objective:To analyze the effect of acupoint massage nursing on spleen and stomach of 0～3 years old diarrhea infants.Methods:From July 2016 to January 2018, 107 cases of infantile diarrhea were selected from township health centers and community health service centers.According to the random number table method, the controlled group was divided into two groups, the controlled group and the observation group.The children in the controlled group were given routine health care measures and guidance.The observation group gave acupoint massage guidance to the parents of the children on the basis of the controlled group, and the results of the two groups were compared.The total score of symptoms at different time points, the time of improvement of diarrhea (the times of defecation returning to normal, the defecation traits returning to positive).The recurrent rate of diarrhea and the satisfaction of the children's parents.Results:The effective rate of the observation group was 81.48％, which was significantly higher than that of the controlled group (64.15％, P ＜ 0.05).The total score of symptoms on the 5 th and 7 th day of nursing in the observation group was lower than that in the controlled group (P ＜ 0.05).In the observation group, the times of defecation returned to normal, and the time of returning to normal was significantly shorter than that of the controlled group (P ＜ 0.05).The recurrence rate of diarrhea in the observation group was 3.70％ lower than that in the controlled group (16.98％, P ＜ 0.05), and the satisfaction rate of the parents was 83.33％ higher than that in the controlled group (66.04％, P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint massage nursing can effectively regulate the spleen and stomach of 0～3 years old diarrhea infants and improve the symptoms of diarrhea.
