机床模块化设计是近年来工业先进国家机床行业普遍采用的一种先进设计方法,例如,世界上销售量较大,并颇具影响的瑞士Schaublin 102N系列(φ204mm)仪表车床,就是采用模块化技术设计的。我们经过几年的研究和实践,搞成了“φ200mm精密仪表车床模块化设计和系列产品”,并获得上海市1983年优秀新产品一等奖。所谓“模块化设计”即是以功能分析为基础,将机床上同一功能的单元(部件),设计成为具有不同用途、不同性能的模块,这些模块具有相同联结要素,可以选用或互换。由这些模块(部件)组合而成各种通用的、专用的、变型的机床,能有较大的灵活性,可满足不同用户的需要。
