本实验对水杨梅和厚朴酚在深龋保存治疗中的抗菌作用进行了比较研究。选择40只(牙合)面深龋的恒牙,分别封入上述二种药物,观察三周。结果表明全部病例激发痛消失,牙髓活力正常,细菌检验水杨梅对细菌的抑菌率达80％左右,与厚朴酚效果相近,水杨梅组中28％洞底部牙本质明显变硬。本实验还介绍了一种软化牙本质粉碎处理方法。 In this experiment, the antibacterial effect of Myrica rubra and honokiol in the preservation and treatment of deep caries was compared. Select 40 (occlusal) face deep caries permanent teeth, were sealed in the two drugs, observed for three weeks. The results showed that the pain disappeared in all cases and the pulp vitality was normal. The antibacterial rate of Myrica rubra to bacteria was about 80%, similar to that of honokiol, and the bottom dentin of 28% cave was obviously hardened. This experiment also introduced a method of softening dentin crushing.
